Artist's Comments

As the star named Ampire is in it stage of transformation to a Red Giant the Skies over the Great Island are beaming with magnificent light. This phenomenon will only last for 78 hours. After this time has elapsed all will be dead from the intense heat of this new Red Giant.

I want to thank =Ladyofspira () for letting me use her terrain map from "View from Above". It worked amazingly well in combination with one of my terrains. It added a great touch to the map. Make sure you go check her out, her art is approx. 45x better then mine .

this one I started last night. Ive had 3 peices taken away from me for collabs so that is the reson for such the long period of no art. But all is well, those peices went to awesome artists so It will be worth it :). I would love some comments on this one. Critiques are alright too, just give me something I can reply to!

i love the whole ambience of this piece...the mist the luke warm lighting and serenity of the water surface. the land seems a little artificial to me though.

Thank you kind sir. It was pretty simple to get those colours in there with the intense light and dark islands, they worked together to bring both the birhgtness and the darkness out.

I finally discovered what rays can do to a tg peice :) Ill be using them more often

Hmm I see your point, the colour didnt turn out to well on the land I think. And maybe i sharpened it a little to much?
