In mere hours this beautiful expanse of land will experience something it has never experienced. It will encounter seven tormenting years of war on its soil. Thousands upon thousands of men will find their final resting place in these seemingly serene waters. And for what? For the chance to own these lands, They will grow back to the lush green hills they once were. Everyone knows that history repeats itself though, these lands will see it again and again. Each time these wars will get worse, but the land will keep on growing back, God will rework his masterpiece again and again....

Terragen and photoshop :nod:. All Terragen except for the planet and colour corrections :). Also, If anyone has any experience with print quality setup and would like to help me out I would love to setup a file of this so I could get a print of it or even submit it as a print. I dont know what to do though, so that wont happen till i learn :(. Thanks in advance to anyone who helps me out.

Favourites are appreciated, and watches are treasured ;).

EDIT: I added the reflection of the moons, I completely forgot about them :nod:.

EDIT: I have just noticed a bad image line in the water, I fixed it :nod:

I was able to decide on this month's contest theme over at terranuts.com, and this image came to mind...and I just wanted you to know. The theme will be "Beside Still Waters"...
This image gets better with each view :)

The combination of underwater rocks in the foreground, water then cliffs, and finally the moons give a nice sense of depth. Also, the alternating flatness and ripples in the water surface add a very realistic feel to the surface.
